After experiencing a recent flood at our business premises in Old Saybrook, we realized that it had the potential to have a significant impact on our operations. Thanks to Steve and his team at SERVPRO of Old Saybrook they were onsite within an hour as promised to tackle the flooding and we were back in business a few hours later. The fixed our wet carpet damage by extracting all the water from our wet carpets and undertaking an immediate wet carpet drying program that was very rapid and effective.
